In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jat777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jat777 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for the operation of jat777.pro.
• "Platform" means the jat777 website at jat777.pro and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, tools, games, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player upon completion of the jat777 registration process.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the jat777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Credits" means any non-cashable promotional credit, free spin value, or bonus amount credited to a Player's account as part of a jat777 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency of the jat777 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by jat777 prior to processing withdrawal requests.

By accessing jat777.pro, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the jat777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jat777 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not already hold an existing jat777 Account, whether active, suspended, or closed.

jat777 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jat777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jat777 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not carried out with your knowledge or authorisation — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for all such activity, including any wagers placed and funds deposited or withdrawn.

You must notify jat777's customer support team immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or your login credentials have been compromised. jat777 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account; however, jat777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not access your jat777 Account from shared or public devices unless you are certain the session is private and fully logged out afterwards.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional protection.
• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform or service.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jat777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
3. Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit any game or promotional mechanic.
5. Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or Platform functionality. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void and will be deducted from your Balance.
6. Colluding with other players in any game or betting market for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
7. Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing low-risk or hedge bets for the sole purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gaming participation.
8. Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
9. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward jat777 staff or other players.

jat777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, and to void any wagers or winnings associated with such conduct. Where applicable, jat777 may report such conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

All financial transactions on jat777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Deposits: Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. jat777 does not impose any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges at their own discretion, for which jat777 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, unless otherwise approved by jat777's financial compliance team following a completed KYC review. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within five (5) minutes of submission during normal operating hours; however, processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

KYC Requirements: jat777 is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

Inactive Accounts: An Account is deemed inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred within a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jat777 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of Rs 100 against the Balance of inactive Accounts, provided the Balance is sufficient. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.

jat777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus Credits are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus Credit being credited to your Account. Bonus Credits that remain subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement at the end of this period will be automatically removed from your Account, along with any winnings derived from them.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward Wagering Requirement completion. jat777 will communicate which games are eligible for each specific promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward requirement completion.
• jat777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not prejudice bonus amounts already credited and subject to active wagering.
• Bonuses are offered for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to profit from bonuses through systematic exploitation, including hedge betting or collusion with other players, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the jat777 Platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and all other gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jat777 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed wagers except in circumstances where jat777 determines a wager was placed as a result of a manifest error in the published odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a game round or live betting event, jat777 will endeavour to resolve the outcome using available server-side records. Where a definitive result cannot be established, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your Balance.
• jat777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual wager, market, or game at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Winnings from cricket betting, live casino games, and slots are calculated according to the odds or paytable applicable at the time the wager was placed and confirmed. jat777 is not liable for any delay between the placement of a wager and its confirmation that results in changed odds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jat777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from jat777.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use any jat777 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context not expressly authorised in writing by jat777.

Any unauthorised use of jat777 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate termination of your Account and your licence to use the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jat777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jat777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jat777's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In particular, and without limitation, jat777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jat777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, tips, or content published on the Platform that does not form part of a confirmed wager settlement.
• Any taxes, levies, or charges that may be assessed against your winnings by Pakistani or other applicable tax authorities. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations in respect of gaming winnings.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude jat777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

jat777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jat777 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing requirements compel jat777 to restrict access to the Platform in your jurisdiction.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jat777 customer support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

Where an Account is closed by jat777 due to breach of these Terms, any Balance derived from or associated with the prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Balances not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned subject to KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jat777's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to jat777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

jat777 will endeavour to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a reasoned written decision within 14 calendar days. Where a player remains dissatisfied with jat777's decision, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jat777's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

jat777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jat777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the jat777 Platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
